Codebin is an AI implementation company. We use artificial intelligence and software to solve business problems. We want to hear about the everyday tasks that slow you down, such as repetitive admin or following up on customer enquiries, so we can build tools that help.

Submission rules
  • You must own a business in Garden route and describe your own experience.
  • Submit for yourself and your own business. You may not submit on someone else’s behalf.
  • One submission per business. Do not submit again, including through a different email address.
  • The problem must involve a specific task or process that AI or software could improve. Requests for funding, staff attendance or material availability alone do not qualify.
  • Give truthful, relevant answers about a real business problem and how you handle it. Brief, specific answers are welcome; blank, nonsensical, copied or unrelated entries do not qualify.

Only submissions that meet these rules qualify for the free Heartwave song gift. Coupons are emailed separately after review; you do not need to be shortlisted. One business will receive the sponsored software project, with its scope agreed separately.

What happens after you submit?

We want to find tasks and processes that cause problems for several businesses and could be improved with AI or software. That will help us build software products to sell to those businesses. We’ll email shortlisted owners to learn more about their experience.

We’ll choose one business based on how much the software could help and whether the project is practical to build. We’ll also consider how many other businesses have the same problem and whether the owner can help us test the solution. The song gift is separate from this selection.

Before the selected business accepts, we’ll agree on what we’ll build and what hosting and routine support include. We’ll also explain any costs that would apply after the first year.
